Most of my work happens at the seams: where strategy meets the floor, where the deck meets the conversation, where the plan meets the person. That’s where I find the interesting questions.

I write here mostly for myself, partly for anyone else who lives in those seams. Notes, essays, and small experiments — a working record rather than a polished CV.
