I’ve spent more than two decades in B2B travel and commercial roles, working across partnerships, supplier management, team leadership, and operational delivery.

Much of my work happens at the seams: where strategy meets execution, where a commercial promise becomes an operational commitment, and where plans have to survive contact with people, suppliers, timing, and local reality.

Based in Prague, I bring that experience to partnerships and field operations across Central Europe. The work calls for judgment, early recognition of risk, coordination across teams, and taking responsibility through follow-through.

Alongside this work, I write about strategy, decision-making, AI-enabled workflows, and the patterns behind how organisations and people actually operate.
