Operations

Central Europe · Tour readiness & field delivery

I help tour operators and incoming teams turn itineraries into workable days on the ground.

Based in Prague. Recent field work includes two eight-day international tours led in summer 2026.

Tour Readiness Review

Timing, coach access and parking, walking flow, driver-rest dependencies, suppliers, guest friction, and fallbacks.
You get: an annotated itinerary with priorities, suggested changes, and checks still needed.

Daily Operations Pack

Pickup points, walking routes, timing checkpoints, supplier contacts, and backup plans.
You get: concise daily notes for the tour leader and driver.

On-site Support

Tour leadership, supplier coordination, and guest communication for escorted tours, incoming groups, and MICE programmes.
We agree: the programme, responsibilities, and support needed.

From the field · 2026

  • Budapest: prepared alternative sightseeing sequences around actual airport departure time.
  • Graz: connected coach drop-off, a one-way walk, and pickup while protecting time for Vienna.
  • Driver rest: adjusted sightseeing and pickup timing around rest windows discussed with the driver.
  • Terezín: when a private guide was unavailable, arranged an alternative visit using Turkish-language printed material.
